Transferable Lifetime Warranty (Revised 02/21/2020)
Your new Vitrazza Glass Chair Mat is made from our trademarked Tufver Glass™ which is ‘toughened’ (heat-treated) and protected with a nano-tech coating to resist fine scratches and etching. Tufver Glass is 4x stronger than annealed glass of the same thickness. Tufver Glass meets all safety glazing standards including the federal safety glazing standard, CPSC 16CFR 1201. It is designed to hold over 1,000lbs on a flat floor.
A Vitrazza Glass Chair Mat should not be installed in an area where it will be exposed to temperatures above 400°F because it will begin to revert back to annealed glass. If a Vitrazza Glass Chair Mat breaks, it will crumble into small pieces and is unlikely to cause injury.
Vitrazza offers a limited, transferable ‘Forever’ warranty on each Vitrazza Glass Chair Mat. The warranty covers against any defects or design flaws that would cause it to break while in place on a flat floor. Regular cleaning with Repel Glass & Surface Cleaner will keep your mat clean and clear and help protect it from fine scratches and etching. Repel supplements the nano-tech coating we apply in our factory. Vitrazza does not warrant against scratching.
To submit a warranty claim, complete the Warranty Claim Application on our website’s FAQ Page. Vitrazza will respond within 2 business days.
For approved warranty claims, Vitrazza will deliver an identical replacement Vitrazza Glass Chair Mat via its preferred shipping method or, at its option, refund a portion of the original purchase price. In the case of a refund, Vitrazza will depreciate the original price based on a 12-year typical use period and refund the non-depreciated value to the customer. Vitrazza will not cover expenses that could be related to a broken Vitrazza Glass Chair Mat, including but not limited to: moving expenses, floor repair, furniture repair, lost work hours or any other associated costs.
