"Nice product and well packaged. I was shocked when I walked into our living room and saw the Fed-X driver literally throw the Vitrazza box from her truck onto my driveway. She wanted to leave but I insisted that she stay until I inspected the product. Miraculously, the floor mat had no damage. The driver was short and overweight and could not get her arms around the box to lift it so she pushed it out of the truck. She could have cared less. I called Fed-X twice to complain, but they did not return my call"
