"I LOVE IT! First off your packing of the mat was superb, kudos to your folks in their profession, they did a great job. The rollers I order are as "smooth as butter" - my chair moves now nice and smooth on your superb glass mat - And it brings a little "class" to my bedroom office. "We have deep-pile carpeting and couldn't find any mats which don't shift under the rolling chairs. Despite the cost, these mats work exactly as promised. Due to the weight and the "knobs", the mats stay right where you place them. They are thick enough we don't worry they will crack or break. As I said, "worth every penny" :-)"

"The customer service was excellent and the product lived up to what was advertised. However, it should be disclosed when certain products are not made in the USA (e. g. China). I had to ask about where the product was made. Also, while it is a good product, it is overpriced for a product made in China."

"While the chair mat is awesome, the shipping was a nightmare! Unfortunately, the mat was not received by the date it was anticipated. I contacted Vitrazza. Vitrazza contacted their local shipping company and I contacted Mersk. No one could find the mat. Mersk showed the mat being picked up and received at the local office. They did not show it shipped out to me. After numerous days, the mat was found in Arizona. I live in Texas. No tracking for the mat going to Arizona. After numerous calls to Vitrazza and to Mersk, they finally got the mat shipped to me. It took over a week and a half to finally show up. Specific delivery instructions were provided since I live on property and it is gated. I was assured that the driver would call me 30 minutes before arrival. This did not happen. The driver's response to why this did not happen was: "Nobody called you from the office?" This is the 3rd chair mat we have purchased. Never have we had these types of issues. It is apparent that shipping providers need to be reviewed for capability."

"The mat is perfect. The problem is I paid $250 for "white glove" installation because my husband and I have health issues right now and live in a +55 apartment. The delivery guy dad no idea --he was not informed by his managers(?) that he was supposed to carry it to a third floor apartment, unbox the outer and inner boxes, position the mat, and take away the wrappings. Fortunately, he was very nice and did so--I also tipped him well. The delivery service should not treat it customers OR its drivers this way. It was embarrassing."
