"I love my Vitrazza floor protector, and the cleaning solution will be useful on it as well as other household surfaces. I ordered the Enso replacement wheels for my office chair: however, the chair is so “antique” that cannot remove the old wheels. Can I return the unused casters for a refund?"
Replacement pads should be size specific.

"I used this product to clean the inside and outside windows on my vehicle. I sprayed it on, cleaned it, and wiped it off. Then I used a pink microfiber cloth. After finishing all windows, I examined the windows to find a dull haze over the windows. I then re-cleaned the windows with Sprayway, and was able to clean the windows. Please advise on how to return the product and how to get my refund. Tim Purpura"
