"I typically do not submit negative reviews; however, I felt it was important to share my experience with your mouse pad. While my initial order was unfortunately lost during the delivery process, your team did resend a replacement after a reasonable period of time. I appreciate that resolution, and that matter is not the basis for my rating. My concern relates to the product itself. The surface of the mouse pad tends to collect dust and small particles, which interferes with smooth mouse movement. I have also found it difficult to clean effectively. Had this been my first purchase with Vitrazza, I likely would not have proceeded with the glass mat. At this stage in my life, I prefer to invest in quality items that are durable and perform well over time, regardless of price. Regrettably, I do not feel this mouse pad meets that standard."
