"Shipped wrong size. Box placed on garage. Fortunately, no one opened garage door. Mat may have fallen on expensive car. Poor delivery company execution. Had to wait 2 weeks because shipping company in Philadelphia was short staffed. Delivered correct size and did not pick up other package. "We have deep-pile carpeting and couldn't find any mats which don't shift under the rolling chairs. Despite the cost, these mats work exactly as promised. Due to the weight and the "knobs", the mats stay right where you place them. They are thick enough we don't worry they will crack or break. As I said, "worth every penny" :-)"
